BFW Services

At BFW, we offer a wide range of services to support our customers, including spare parts, AMC, CNC program training, and specialized and customized training programs for maintenance and production.

We understand that the purchase of a BFW machine is a significant investment. That’s why we offer a wide range of after-sales services to help our customers get the most out of their machines.

AMC services

Our AMC program provides our customers with peace of mind knowing that their machines are in good hands. We offer customized and standard AMC contracts for a period of 1/2/3/4/5 years after the expiry of the warranty period.

Spares

We maintain a large inventory of genuine spare parts for all our models, ranging up to 20+ years old machines. This ensures that our customers can always get the parts they need quickly and easily, so they don’t have to suffer from downtime.

Spindle reconditioning

We offer a spindle reconditioning service to help our customers extend the life of their spindles and improve their performance. We can recondition spindles of all types, including VFD spindles, BT spindles, and HSK spindles.

Machine health check

We offer a machine health check service to help our customers identify any potential problems with their machines before they cause downtime. Our technicians will inspect the machine and perform a series of tests to identify any areas of concern. We will then provide our customers with a report with our findings and recommendations.

Laser Calibration service

We offer a laser calibration service to help our customers ensure that their laser cutting and engraving machines are operating at optimal accuracy. Our technicians will use calibrated instruments to calibrate the laser and ensure that it meets the manufacturer’s specifications.

CNC Training

We offer CNC training courses at our 5 tech centers across India. Our courses are designed to teach customers how to operate and program BFW CNC machines.
