Design Engineer for HMC

Responsibility
Skillset
- The person has to take care of individual responsible of the HMC products
- He will be responsible for making 3D models of all the machine parts like structural parts, spindle and sheet metal parts in Solid works software.
- The person has capable of making all types drawings like casting drawings, machining drawings, fabrication drawings, all other structural drawings and other small parts manufacturing drawings in solid works and the AutoCAD
- He has to maintain all the drawing files neatly.
- He has to maintain the all other documents like Design documents, Calculation sheets, FEA report, DFMEA list, Project reports, ECR & ECN list, Machine manual, Machine specification data, Machine tool standards, Data sheets of std bought out parts, QC checklist, Assembly process sheets,Standard operating procedures, Revision level status book, Customer complaints list, Bill of material list and DAP documents.
- He will be responsible for Design clearance and design releases against the customer orders.
- He has to be capable of making the Bill of material, Material code creation and Variant configurations in SAP.
- He has to coordinate with the planning team, Sourcing team, Assembly team and Service team and also coordinating with Plant-3 production team.

- Essential qualification: B.E Mechanical./ M tech Mechanical
- Experience: 1-2 years experience
- Skillset: Basic knowledge of Machining centers. Knowledge required in GD&T SAP knowledge is required. Solidwork, solid works simulation software skill is required
- Other professional training: He must known the Solidworks, Autocad software and SAP knowledge
- Location: Plant 3, Thally
